Overall, my stay was a mix of good and bad experiences. I found the hotel secure and the rooms were nice and clean, offering a cozy spot to relax. However, I had a frustrating issue with a delayed preauthorization hold and rude staff responses that made my experience less enjoyable. Despite these drawbacks, the breakfast was standout and exceeded my expectations.
