Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay was a mix of good and bad experiences. I found the hotel secure and the rooms were nice and clean, offering a cozy spot to relax. However, I had a frustrating issue with a delayed preauthorization hold and rude staff responses that made my experience less enjoyable. Despite these drawbacks, the breakfast was standout and exceeded my expectations.
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, which was an unexpected gem near the freeway, allowing for easy access after a long drive. The rooms are clean and come with a comfy bed, ideal for getting a good night's sleep. Plus, the added bonus of a complimentary breakfast in the morning made my stay even better. While there was some highway noise, it was manageable and didn’t ruin my overall experience.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel was friendly, and the rooms were adequate, but some areas definitely need improvement. The breakfast was surprisingly good, though the amenities could use a renovation. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not ideal until updates happen.
This hotel is an ideal halfway point between Southern and Northern California, making it a perfect stop for travelers. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. The staff are generally welcoming, although my encounter with one employee was less than pleasant. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially considering the amenities provided.
I've visited this hotel several times during my travels between Arizona and Oregon, and it used to be my favorite spot. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was disappointing; not only was the hotel not as clean as before, but there were fewer breakfast options available, and I noticed many staff members not wearing masks. It didn't feel as well-maintained, which was a letdown compared to past experiences.
